Custom Widget creation
I'd like the ability to choose the time frame that data is aggregated on. For instance, when creating a custom widget for total message count, I'd like the option to aggregate on hour, day, week, month. Currently the widget only aggregates by hour.

Analytics for longer time frames
It would be good to be able to be able to export the analytics data. This would help in analyzing data over time. Since we can only see a months worth of data, being able to export that and then compare as time goes by would be very helpful. This is especially true as we want year over year (YOY) comparisions

Dashboard for Servicedesk
In v8.0 BizTalk360 the dashboards will be improved a lot.
We are still look for a feature to create a full-screen, read-only dashboard view to use on a 'big-screen' so our Servicedesk can monitor the systems from around the room.3 votes
